Cancellations

Due to our limited space, we are frequently at 100% capacity.  This forces us to turn down many requests due to being booked out in advance.  When dogs are picked up early, or reservations are changed/canceled without adequate notice, we are often unable to fill the remaining time made available.  We also understand that plans change and trips sometimes end before they begin.  As a result, the following policies are in place for cancellations and refunds:
 

a) boarding reservations scheduled during off-peak seasons require a 2-night ($110) non-refundable deposit, with the deposit available to use as a credit towards future boarding or training

b) boarding reservations falling on peak seasons* require a 4-night ($220) non-refundable deposit, with the deposit available to use as a credit towards future boarding or training

c) dayschool reservations (excluding unlimited memberships) during off-peak seasons require 24 hours notice to reserve package or punch card credit

d) dayschool reservations (excluding unlimited memberships) during peak seasons require 48 hours notice to reserve package or punch card credit

e) boarding reservations of 4 nights or more require a $200 non-refundable deposit that is applied to the total boarding fee, with the deposit available as credit towards future services for cancellations made at least 48 hours from start date

f) lodge n' learn reservations require a $200 non-refundable deposit to hold the requested training dates, with the deposit available as credit towards future services for cancellations made at least 48 hours from start date

*peak seasons are 3 days before, during, and 3 days after federal holiday periods
